ADMISSIONS: RULES & REGULATIONS

Admission is available for the classes Pre-KG to IX and XI. Parents seeking admission for their children have to get the prescribed application form and prospectus from the School Office. Application form for admission will be issued from January to April based on the availability of the seats.

PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION
The application form and prospectus may be obtained from the school office with the following particulars:
  1. Name of Candidate
  2. Name of school last studied
  3. Class to which admission is sought
  4. Date of Birth
  5. Occupation of parent
  6. Permanent address and address for communication
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS
The filled-in application forms should reach the school office for registration within 15 days from issuance.


  1. Photo Copy of the Birth Certificate and Community Certificate.
  2. Transfer Certificate.
  3. The latest passport – size photograph 2 in nos.
  4. Photocopy of the progress Report of the School last attended
  5. Occupation of the parent.
  6. Registration / Admission Fee.
  7. Original Birth Certificate to be provided for verification.
INSTRUCTION FOR FILLING UP THE APPLICATION FORM
  1. The application form is to be signed only by the father of the student. If not, the mother or guardian should sign the application.
  2. Full permanent address / residential address must be shown clearly.
  3. Parent's occupation and office address also be furnished
  4. The details furnished in the filled in application form should be correct in all aspects. Any discrepancy or supply of false information may lead rejection of the application.
  5. Father's and mother's full name should be written without any spelling error.
